Buccaneer Pipeline, Florida

E & E provided comprehensive support for the environmental siting, planning, and permitting of the proposed 674-mile Buccaneer Pipeline, which includes a 407-mile crossing of the Gulf of Mexico.  The work included an expedited alternatives analysis and development of an ARC/INFO GIS database to support final route selection, and preparation of a comprehensive environmental report for submission to FERC.
