Real Property Planning Support for Fort Hood Army Installation, Killeen, TX

Under three separate contracts with the USACE Fort Worth District, E & E is providing cost-effective, responsive military master planning services to help Fort Hood planners and engineers respond to the need for long-range planning and daily stationing requirements at one of the largest Army installations in the world.  For the 339-square-mile Fort Hood Army Installation, we have provided full-service Real Property Master Plan (RPMP) and related support for including the development of the Long-Range Component (LRC), Capital Investment Strategy (CIS), Installation Design Guidelines (IDG), and various Area Development Plans (ADPs).  The project includes extensive use of the E & E-developed Comprehensive Army Master Planning System (CAMPS) ADP Tool Module and economic energy analysis.  In addition to providing off-site GIS support, since 2007 E & E has dedicated up to eight GIS specialists to provide on-site, full-time services at Fort Hood.
