One of the major challenges facing developers who are trying to complete projects on schedule and within budget is the need to obtain environmental permits in a timely fashion. The right environmental permitting strategy can mean the difference between productive assets and a multimillion-dollar write off. E & E draws on forty years of experience working with state and federal regulators and policy makers to identify key permitting issues and prepare applications correctly the first time, thereby avoiding lengthy reviews and public comment periods.
We specialize in quickly navigating the permitting process and helping clients maintain construction schedules by identifying regulatory permits early in the planning process, incorporating realistic permitting timelines, and ensuring that permits are obtained within that project schedule.
We have broad-based practical experience on major projects involving environmental permit acquisition and remediation. Through preparation of hundreds of air, wind, water, nuclear, and solid waste permits, our staff understands the nuances of the permitting process and remains aware of ever changing standards. Our proven environmental permitting approaches and roadmaps are designed to allow operational flexibility from conception and early analysis of potential environmental and social liabilities, to facilitating stakeholder involvement through construction, start-up, and long-term compliance.
