Cabazon Wind Project Environmental Assessment and Permitting, San Gorgonio Pass, California.

For Constellation Power, Inc., and Cabazon Wind Partners, LLC, E & E conducted permitting for a 49-MW wind-generated electric power facility in Riverside County. We prepared federal and state environmental permit applications, including the individual Section 404 permit application for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE); the Section 1603 Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement for the California Department of Fish and Game; and the waste discharge report submitted to the Regional Water Quality Control Board.  We drafted both state and federal environmental assessment documents in accordance with NEPA and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).  We compiled and currently maintain a permit table to document the project’s ongoing permit requirements
