Once you have found a position of interest on our Career Opportunities page you will need to apply online by completing the online application, which includes uploading your resume.
After your application has been received, a recruiter will review it to determine if your skills, education, and experience meet our basic qualifications. If your qualifications align with the position the recruiter will contact you to schedule a phone interview.
The phone interview consists of questions that allow us to learn more about your skills, knowledge, and experience. It also gives us the opportunity to answer questions you may have about the position and E & E.
After your phone interview the recruiter will review your resume and phone interview notes with the hiring manager. If you are recommended by the manager for an interview, the recruiter will contact you to set up a mutually convenient time to meet with the hiring manager and interview team.
If the hiring team determines you are the best fit for the position and the Company, the recruiter will call you to extend an offer.
You will be asked to provide the names and contact information of four professional or academic references, complete pre-employment paperwork and a controlled substance screening. Based on the position, a medical screening may also be required. Once you have passed all of the requirements the recruiter will contact you to confirm your start date.
