  • What positions do you have available?

    All current openings are listed on our Career Opportunities page. The page is updated as new positions become available, so feel free to check back if you don’t see any openings that align with your qualifications and interests.   • Can I email my resume to someone?

    For compliance and tracking purposes, E & E requires all resumes to be submitted online through our Career Opportunities link.  All resumes submitted online are then reviewed by a recruiter.   If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of our application process, please contact our Human Resources Department at (716) 684-8060 for assistance.

  • Should I contact the office manager directly?

    Our recruiting process is coordinated through our specialized HR recruitment team at our corporate headquarters who work closely with local and regional management throughout the hiring process.  Any questions should be directed to our HR recruitment team.

  • Where can I include a cover letter?

    We do not have a separate location for uploading cover letters.  However, we encourage you to include your cover letter in the same document as your resume and upload as one document.

  • Do you hire recent graduates?

    Yes. E & E is proud of our college recruitment initiatives and believes in hiring the best and brightest graduates and interns. In recent years, E & E has hired many junior (entry-level) employees across a variety of disciplines and regions. For May  graduates in the Engineering (Civil or Environmental) discipline, recruitment generally takes place between October – December.  For May graduates in other Environmental disciplines, recruitment generally takes place between February – April.  Positions are posted on our careers page as they become available.

  • Do you offer internship opportunities?

    Yes. E &E offers paid internships in a variety of environmental disciplines to students who have completed their junior year of college. Internships are typically during the summer, with recruitment taking place in March and April. Internship opportunities are posted on our careers page as they become available.  E & E does not currently offer co-ops or unpaid internships.

  • Do I need to meet the qualifications listed in the job ad to be considered?

    Yes. Our hiring managers and recruitment team put a great deal of effort into clearly defining the minimum requirements and qualifications for each position. If you don’t currently see any positions that align with your qualifications, feel free to check back again since our page is updated regularly.

  • Do you provide employment sponsorship for international candidates?

    No.  E & E requires that applicants be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.  E & E does not currently provide company-sponsored visas or any other employment sponsorship.
