Marshall Heinberg is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Chairman, presiding over E & E’s principal officers responsible for the performance of global business.

Todd Musterait
President, US Operations

Todd Musterait is an environmental business executive serving as President for E & E. He has over 25 years of experience directing environmental businesses and programs as a professional consulting services and industry leader.

    He has served as Head of the Investment Banking Department and as a Senior Managing Director of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., and as the Head of U.S. Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets. Marshall is the founder and Managing Director of MAH Associates, LLC, which provides strategic advisory and consulting services. He has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.

    Todd has served in various corporate leadership roles, leading US business lines and global leadership teams for integrated consulting environmental and engineering firms. He received a Master of Engineering degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. A licensed professional engineer in four states, he holds certifications as an ISI Envision Sustainability and LEED professional.

Peter Sorci
Acting Chief Financial Officer

Peter Sorci was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer at E & E in April 2018, previously serving as Corporate Controller since March 2013.

Colleen Mullaney-Westfall, Esq.

Colleen Mullaney-Westfall is E & E’s Vice President of Corporate Regulatory and Legal Affairs, and Secretary of the Company.

    Peter has extensive experience in management of various finance and accounting functions, including as Senior Audit Manager for HSBC Bank USA, N.A., and as Director of External Reporting for MX Energy Holdings Inc., a retail energy company located in Stamford, Connecticut. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and formerly was a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.

    An attorney with E & E for 20 years, Colleen’s work encompasses global corporate governance and compliance, risk management, transactional liability, and in-house counsel responsibilities. As Corporate Secretary, she is a liaison to the Board of Directors for all corporate legal matters. Colleen holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Mexico and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
