Steel Winds Power Development Program, New York
Conducted compliance evaluations, shoreline wind assessment, economic evaluations, and permitting services for a nearshore wind farm on a portion of an industrial site.  Supported BQ Energy in proceedings before the lead environmental agency for the project to successfully obtain site plan approval and a negative declaration under SEQR.

IBM Semiconductor Facility Audits, Northern California
For IBM Corporation, conducted compliance audits for a microelectronics facility, industrial waste treatment plant, and chemical distribution center that contains numerous tanks; treatment, storage, and disposal facilities; and hazardous waste generators. Conducted compliance training seminars and recommended cost-effective, systemwide improvements.

Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Wastewater Compliance Evaluations, Florida
Provided wastewater flow and pollutant monitoring and sampling, alternative evaluations, industrial pretreatment program development, and permitting services. Negotiated a variance with the stakeholders—a no-cost solution resulting in savings of $1M.

Katy Mills Mall Construction, Texas
Developed a permit application for wetland fill and mitigation and provided environmental monitoring to assure wetland protection during construction of a major regional shopping center. To compensate for impacts on existing wetlands during construction, prepared and submitted a Section 404 permit application for wetland fill and mitigation for submission to USACE.

Provided permitting support and EIA review for this sustainable development project.
