Projects

Peace Bridge Expansion Project, New York and Canada
Prepared the EIS for the proposed complex, sensitive bridge expansion. Conducted extensive public participation/scoping, comparative alternatives analysis, air/noise modeling, and comprehensive evaluations of the potential impacts.

Environmental Assessments (EAs) for Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) Training Complex, California
Prepared two EAs for MOUT training facilities under a greatly accelerated schedule (one month) to ensure that the Marines could continue with and expand their urban warfare training.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) EISs, New Jersey and Oklahoma
Prepared Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) to evaluate potential environmental impacts of decommissioning and issuance of a long-term control (LTC) license for a specialty steel and alloy additives manufacturing site in New Jersey and reclamation activities at a uranium conversion site in Oklahoma. Performed a comparative alternatives analysis and comprehensive evaluations of potential impacts to resource areas.

EIS For Proposed Floating Production, Storage, And Off-Loading (FPSO) System, Gulf Of Mexico
Prepared an EIS for proposed use of FPSO systems on the Outer Continental Shelf for Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service (MMS). Used a strategic technical approach and integrated use of Web-based information transfer for project team communication and public participation. EIS prepared nine months ahead of schedule.
