Evaluated EMS best practices for small- and medium-sized businesses for the production of a publication for the CEC, which was called Successful Practices of Environmental Management Systems in Small and Medium-Size Enterprises: A North American Perspective.

Created a Web-based database for centralizing ISO 14001/EMS documents as well as a comprehensive data entry system for tracking EHS metrics. Developed reports with rolled-up environmental and safety information. Developed the Web site template and navigation.
