Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB) Platinum Certification of E & E Corporate Headquarters, Lancaster, New York
Achieved LEED Platinum certification of our 20-year-old corporate headquarters building. Facility achieved this designation without significant retrofits and is the oldest Existing Building (EB) in the world with this designation.
LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) Certification of HSBC Bank Branch Office, Rochester, New York
Served as the LEED consultant responsible for preparation and submittal of all project documentation for the LEED Gold certification of a new bank branch office.
LEED-NC Certification for Renaissance Ballroom Redevelopment, New York City
Providing support to the Abyssinian Development Corporation for the LEED certification for a mixed affordable housing/commercial building and the revitalization of a community cornerstone, the Harlem Renaissance Ballroom.
NYSERDA Statewide Hospital Energy Efficiency Study
In partnership with the Greater New York Hospital Association and for NYSERDA, developing, implementing, and marketing an energy conservation program for hospitals and healthcare facilities with the overall goal of identifying areas of energy efficiency and energy conservation measures that require minimal or no capital expenditures for hospitals and associated health care institutions.
Cerealle Brasil Green Building Certification, Brazil
Providing green building consulting services for the design and construction of a new LEED-certified office building, which will serve as the Cerealle headquarters in southern Brazil.

In 2006, in recognition of its work on the Canisius College Green Campus Program, E & E received the Silver Award for Engineering Excellence from the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York. As a result of this project, Canisius College in 2005 won the Erie County Executive Energy Efficiency award in the educational institution category. The award identifies and recognizes key projects in Erie County that serve as outstanding energy conservation models. In addition, in recognition of its role in initiatives including the Canisius College project, E & E received the Erie County Executive Energy Efficiency Award for its emphasis on environmental sustainability and use of renewable energy practices.
