Sustainability

At E & E, sustainability is all around us. From the solar panels on the roof of our headquarters building to the employee ridesharing program introduced in 1973, sustainability is the culture in which we live, work, and conduct business; it extends from our local neighborhoods to the global community.

Forty years of forward thinking and an unwavering commitment to integrating the principles of social and environmental accountability have positioned E & E as a recognized global leader in environmental management.

We are proud to practice what we preach. E & E encourages a culture of energy, water and waste reduction. We provide financial incentives to employees who carpool, we follow sustainable guidelines in our purchasing practices, and we recycle or compost more waste at our headquarters than we put into the landfill. We employ state-of-the-art communications technology wherever possible to reduce paper use and travel. These practices have led to measurable results, both in our environmental impact and our bottom line.
